Local lacrosse team wins 2013 Sand Storm Festival

Blue Chip NorCal East Bay won the high school division in the 2013 Sand Storm Lacrosse Festival in Indio, Calif. on Sunday. Twenty-two teams competed for the title over the two day event.

Blue Chip is comprised of ninth and tenth graders from throughout the East Bay, including those from Monte Vista and California high schools.
