It may be back to the drawing board for the developer of a San Ramon town home project on Ryan Industrial Court. The ACRE town home project would bring 48 three-bedroom homes to a three-acre site at the end of the street, replacing an existing building.

Good job Planning Commission! Parking is a big problem in these high density projects. You need to consider that at least half of the units will have a third car, particularly those with 4 bedrooms.

It would be nice to see if there was the possibility of doing a mere two story, small scale "garage" that was aesthetically designed to fit and blend with this very small area of old San Ramon...(wonder what Barbara thinks and what her Dad would have thought, since the court is named after him. Hm.)
