Walgreens has agreed to pay $1.4 million in penalties and legal costs to settle a lawsuit accusing the retailer of charging prices higher than marked on store shelves, a prosecutor said.

I find scanner issues all the time. I take the clerk right to the shelf and show them the price. They make the change. If I got $5 for each time I find something like that I'd get at least $20-30/mo.
