Police seek security camera owners in new crime prevention strategy

The San Ramon Police Department is asking residents and business owners with security cameras to take part in a new crime prevention program called Citizen's View, confidential registry of privately owned cameras across the city that will be used as an investigative tool.

Absolutely right, the video footage has been the making an important role in investigation nowadays. So this is a good steps from SRPD to enhance the securities in the city.
