The Dirkerino is an advocate on lowering speed limits around schools. There is most definately a way to legally do this. See the Dirka's earlier posts. That said, where are the facts in this story? The link between two stories seems questionable with the lack of facts. Kids take unwise risks and make mistakes and drivers are often distracted and in too much of a hurry. Drive slowly in our neighborhoods, our community will be better for it. The X5's and the Volvo's won't get the sheeple home, to work significatly faster zipping around neighborhoods.[Portion removed due to disrespectful comment or offensive language]
