The San Ramon Police Department provides San Ramon Express with a record of its calls each week. This is a sampling, omitting the more mundane, such as routine traffic stops.

I noticed a huge display of newly painted Gang Grafitti (approximately 5 feet by 5 feet tall) on the masonry back-wall of Orchard Supply Hardware behind Nob Hill in San Ramon visable from the trail! Alot of our kids ride their bikes on this trail. A San Ramon police officer attributed it to a bunch of kids who hang out at the park. I don't think it looked like a bunch of local kids stuff. It wasn't your run-of-the-mill tagging! Do we have a problem with gangs in San Ramon?

There is a group home in Danville off of Sycamore. Juvenile Hall sentences them to live in the home for a period of 6-9 months. Most of these boys have felony records and have been taken from their homes in Richmond, Oakland, Alameda areas. They typically all have gang connections and they do hang out on IH trail and at Central Park. Alameda County dumps them on Contra Costa and they are brought from their gang/street lives to Danville/San Ramon. Most go back to their neighborhoods on the weekends and return to our cities with drugs to sell. This has been an ongoing issue. They attend school in our high schools and bring their drugs and gang relations here. One of them, from SRVHS, was involved in the drug-related shooting of the teen from SRVHS who died last year.

I know of 2 major gangs in san ramon. Skate Park mafia. just a bunch of wanna be gangsters that have the colors red and black. as as they do is sell marijuana and extasy they never bang (thank god!). then there is the "North West kingz" they go by NWK and WCM (West Coast Mafia). the NWK is the rival of the skate park mafia. i know a lot of NWK members that refer to them as "skats" 1 of them stole my dads lap top and my psp and more. 2 seperate occasions there have been robberys in my house. ok back to the identifying of the NWK. NWK bangs, sells drugs, weapons, carry out hits like the italian mafia did back in the day. NWK have the colors red green and black...mainly GREEN and BLACK. they are the only threat to san ramon. basically they pretty much run the area of crow canyon road all the way to bollinger. then beyond bolinger to the border between dublin & san ramon they have the skate park mobsters hang out causing trouble too. i would say dont mess with the NWK! they run the schools (junior highs(mainly cal high and iron horse middle school)and high schools)

they pretty much run the streets of san ramon. they also have over 200 memebers. so enjoy your luck with that but all the cops like nun, bruce, han and guarden dont do squat just riding around and doing nothing all day. id say fire all the cops and hire new ones!

Who makes the decisions to let hardend criminals into our neighborhoods and schools (in regards to the group home housing gang members). If we are expected to pay the high taxes it costs to send our children to school in Contra Costa County then why are our children subjected to these drug dealers and murderers. I would like to know who exactly is responsible so I as a concerned parent/tax payer can address this issue along with other parents and tax payers. We want and demand that our children are as safe as possible. Where are our "rights"!!!!!!

i know its a problem but when your city or town is infultrated by gangs its very hard to stop them without getting shot. trust me i am a ex-gangmember when i was 14 i joined the nortenos in hayward i know how it is on the streets at night. personally i never killed anyone in my life time but you are pressured to "ride" with them. i used to belong to the east bay nortenos but they thought i was too mch of a wuss so they let me out. once you join a gang usually to get out so some of the members have to either shoot and kill you or your family (meaning people you live with in your house). they pressured me into "bangin on a skrap" which a "skrap" is a "sureno" if you throw at least 1 punch you get a tattoo which they call a "stripe". i got 4 dots on my left wrist. i was a norteno for 5 years. they used to pick me up in san ramon. but i dont claim north anymore i dont claim anything anymore. I just want to have a peaceful friendship with people. so if i where you i would watch out and not even think to find out who is responsible becuase i dont want you or anyone getting shot. ive come to realize that a life of anyone is worth more than a trillion dollars or a stripe or even respect. so dont play games leave it to the police (even though they just sit around with there coffee and donuts all day and just drive around and stare at people). And if you want me to explain to children about gangs and stuff email me at:

[email protected]

or call my cell at:

(510)-825-5575

right now i am in Auckland, New Zealand on vacation but i will be back on tuesday.

by the way if anyone wants me to go to schools and explain about gangs just in elementary schools because by the time people hit highschool and middleschool they join gangs average age i've seen is 12 to 13 years old. i mean 12 to 13 years old its too late to talk them out of it. i will do it for a cost of $80.00 per school and also i will explain about drugs for an extra $20.00 if anyone wants. i will only agree to do that to schools in san ramon, danville, alamo, and walnut creek. i will go school to school to explain if the schools and school district and parents want me to. some kids it will help some kids it wont. it depends on they're personality on how hard it is to resist temptation and being talked into things. so if anyone wants me to speak, call me on my cell which once again is:

(510)-825-5575

my computer at home doesn't work at the moment. so anyone can call me on my cell be my guest...I'll do it for a cost of $80.00 for a talk about gangs and $20.00 for a talk about drugs. i've done every drug out there. i know what bad trips are like. now im against gangs and drugs.

Note: I will be back late tuesday night so call me wednesday afternoon between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Plus, i don't have a job right now thats why they're is a cost. otherwise i would do it for free.

I just signed up today and in checking the Police Blog about car break-ins in our neighborhood, I find nothing. As a matter of fact the whole section is completely out of date. Nothing relevant for thepast month and most of the material goes back over six months. Sorry but this is a joke.

I'v hurd of the NWK, but that most of North west kings (NWK) joined into a Norteno gang group called "Ea$t Bay Loc$" i keep seeing gang tags (XIV & X4) everywere. They`re mostly around san ramon/dublin, but other bay area cities. I think that Ea$t Bay Loc$ are becoming very powerful. Their colors are BLACK and RED, because they are Norteno's too. I don't think they "bang" here that much though Lots of Norteno tags around Cal High. Norteno's (Ea$t Bay Loc$) are the biggest threat in San Ramon and Dublin.
